    So a few days ago I just combined my first legendary weapon! It just happened to be a triple torp. I need to outfit it with perks so I can help out with triple torp guild quest. My shooter is what I will be using 95% of the time so I don't have a yellow slot. I've never used a torp so I honestly don't really know what perks there are.. Thanks for the help!
