Best perks for fixer?

    im just starting out and have found that I enjoy the gameplay the most with a fixer...

    I have a few rare weapons that will take perks now and was wondering what route to go. HP? Repair cooldown?

    Go with the perk with 2.5% bigger repairing effect, it was discussed in the Fixers Union if u want to check that out
