battle royale theme event "BATTLE BAY ROYALE"

    duel in a huge capture area with a bubble:

    1. if the ship run outside the bubble will sunk due to hp burn out.
    2. all projectile connot penetrate the capture bubble if shoot from outside.
    3. inside ship can shot the ship floating outside the bubble.

    no more hide and seek, no sniping from walls and rocks during event...
