Battle Rewards

After a rough two days of battling in the Bay my infamy has dropped significantly, 1900 to 1300, at a Captain level of 39. Now that my luck has turned around, I find myself selected to be on the winning team but it seem that I am always at the bottom of the rewards list regardless of my performance. My rewards seem very low as well. Please help me understand why this is the case. Playing a game that seems to be against you isn’t all that fun!

 

Pick up a bit more infamy and rewards will go back to normal.

 

Now I have discovered that when I lose a battle and my performance is better than others on my team I am further up the rewards list. I feel like I am being penalized when I win a battle. I feel like I am owed an explanation by one of the developers. I can’t pay the bills for my mK5 fleet at this pace. What gives?

 

When I win...

 

When you drop too much infamy you lose your rewards, it's a sort of anti-tanking measure.
Get back up to a reasonable infamy level man, your rewards will return to you.

 

When I lose my rewards position seems reasonable.

 

So you feel I am being penalized for “ani-tanking” because I was dealt a bad hand the last few days? The developer of the game should be penalized for poor coding. I certainly didn’t choose my team. This is very frustrating to me! Gaining infamy is easier than just telling a person to “Pick up a bit more infamy”. It would seem that all Battle Bay players have been penalized at one time or another. Do you find this to be true?

 

This is really starting to upset me!

 

I tried to learn to play speeder after a bottle of whiskey once, sped down to 3200 and I saw my rewards dropping off.
Got back up to 4k quick enough the next day though, in that same speeder

Seems like a lot of players are unfairly penalised by this measure to be honest, there are at least 10 threads a week about it on here.
I doubt even 1/1000th of the player base uses this forum, and I'm sure there are loads of kids just confused by it.

I figure the least they could do is issue popup warnings to let you know that you're approaching the threshold of their infamy dropping limits, and that rewards will be reduced as a consequence.

 

I will post every single win from here out if I don’t get an explanation for this unfair “ant-tanking” penalty I have received! Better yet I will post all my losses from the past two days. Not one battle that I lost in those two days did I have a goose egg on the board when the battle finished. FIX THIS PROBLEM!

 

A pop up letting a person know when you are about to be penalized would be nice but if losing a battle is out of your hands from the beginning what good will it do other than tell a person that the coder that dealt him/her this hand when the teams were set is doing a BAD job. I play to win and always will. So frustrating! Sorry for being the typical thread poster and only having negative things to communicate...LOL. I will try harder to bottle up my frustrations with team matching from here on out.

 

I totally agree. I went from 3400 to 2100 and can’t seem to buy a win. Most of the time Im the leader in damage or kills and I get nothing for it. I’m not tanking but I’m penalized for others that are. Match making has become a joke. List 16 in a row the other day. Starting to get frustrated with this game.

 

23-02-2018 I went 15-21; 24-02-2018 I went 9-1-27; 25-02-2018 I a 7-3. (Win-Draw-Loss). Things are looking up but my rewards are still in the tank.

 

It's really simple... if you drop more than 800 infamy from your peak, you lose battle rewards until you get under 800 infamy.

 

Excellent! Let me check that... My infamy is within 800 of my Season high and still getting low rewards. I’ll just wait it out.

 

18-11 today...finally back on track and my rewards are nearing normal. Fought back to 1500 infamy.

 

Perfect! when I was playing in your range I was up and down 700 infamy all the time... never could make sense of why. Keep plugging away and above 2000 it will settle down.

4-13! I try not to give up on the game but holy hell!

 

It happens to most at some point or another. Sad thing is this penalty really does nothing to deter the seal clubbers. The sheer amount of mk5s n 6s with sub 1.5k infamy proves it. You guys at Rovio need to rethink this.
