bandage

    in feelix training there is
    "increase the power of repairing item by 5%"
    => it work for bandage,

    but do the "repairing tiem have shorter reload time -5% to cooldowns" (lvl 11 feelix) work for bandage..?

    From my experience, no and most of tge training for bandage is in sinklair's tree

    Cooldown on the bandage is unchangeable.

    The bandage doesn't have "cooldown". It gives health over time, so that's the difference.
