Balancing the small lvl

    It annoys me to see small lvl with big weapons.:mad:
    It would be nice if the rewards of the little lvl are less important than for the big lvl.
    Example: Lottery reward less fortunate to have epics.
    In summary, balanced rewards according to the level of play of the player would be really better.;)

    It stands to reason that it ought to be unrewarding for a level 30 captain to fight among level 10's.
