Seems not!!
I suggest if it's truly balanced it should be like this:Ex. If there's a guy with 1000 infamy fleeting with 1800 infamy guy then the battle should be an around (1800+1000)/2=1400 infamy Battle!! It shouldn't be depends on the highest infamy player in the fleet! So that we can stop losing because idiots fleeting with a guy a millon level. Below him
It shouldn't be "if 1800fleet with1000,it will be 1800 infamy battle" at the first place!!

Zeus has said, it’s so the system can’t be abused. Fleeting is already quite advantageous, without having people playing below thier infamy.

 

People shouldn't carry low levels to battle with them!
If they change the game mechanics according to your concept, it wont last long!
How?
Player with 900 infamy (mk4 and mk5 nowaday) fleets with player with 100 infamy then battle should take place around 500 infamy?
RIP mk3 players!

 

The sad part is that at 500 infamy there are mk5 and 4 nowadays too

 

But they are too stupid to play with!
You get to see some good players at 800 infamy!

I am not saying that you have to fleet with them, because they are super noobs lol, I was only saying people are so bad that with my smurf I find people with mk6 at 800 infamy

 

Mk5 with 800 infamy are good? Dude there are players with 3700 infamy with mk5. All mk5 below 1500 or 2000 are either doing it on purpose, playing less or really pathetic palyers.
