It’s. Finally. Here all you Bhurts & Burnices... BAEWATCH’s Battle Bay Guild Wars 2!

We have been listening to the comments and critiques, this time around we'll be planning a more streamlined experience!

Read carefully all information below for how to compete in the next Battle Bay Guild Wars Tournament
    - OVERVIEW -

    This
    March 24th @ 7pm CST / 8pm EST
Baewatch will host the event. MK6/MK7 (Nightmare) guilds will begin competing and must show up to the stream on the Baewatch channel ready to compete promptly at 7pm CST North America. 8 guilds only will compete in the mk6/mk7 division.

Guilds must be signed up by the Saturday the week before the tournament date. Priority will be given to the top 2 finishing guilds of the previous tournament and to the top 16 global guilds on the Saturday the week before the tournament in that order. All other guilds not in either of those two groups will fill in remaining slots on a first-come, first-serve basis in the order they are signed up.

For mk6/mk7 division, guilds will play a best of 3 to determine the winner with tie-breakers going to sudden death. All other rules for changing loadouts, subbing players are the same as the first Battle Bay Guild Wars Tournament. To view that tournament, click here:

Other Divisions: Mk4/5 will take place before the main event starting at around 5pm CST with 4 to 8 guilds competing playing ‘best of 3’ based on how many sign ups we have and staff discretion. Priority will be given to the top 2 finishers from the previous tournament and if you have competed in a previous tournament but not placed in the top 2, the remaining places will go to guilds who have not yet competed in a tournament.

Mk4/5 registration will also end on Saturday before the tournament and an announcement will go out indicating the exact time before the main event that the ‘undercard’ matches will start and any other information which hasn’t yet been disclosed.

    - HOW TO SIGN YOUR GUILD UP -

To enter, have either the guild leader or a guild member send an email to baewatchftw@gmail.com with the name of your guild and your 8-digit friend tag and “BBGW2” in the subject line of the email. BAEWATCH staff will return your email and get in touch in game when they are able and confirm your guilds registration and that is when you can confirm your entire guild is ready to play on the date and time of the tournament.
