    I'm curious if there are better perks out there, if you have come across one what were the buffs on it and the rarity?

    There are certainly rare perks out there, but they are "rare" hence the name, and the epic ones are even more rare than that, AND damned expensive. But totally worth it. The uncommon ones? Not so very good, but when that's what'savailable, well, you take what you can get... I wonder if they plan on releasing legendary perks...:rolleyes:

    Haha. I have 2 of the torp speed ones. Never use my torpedoes anymore though..
