    When i will get my first legendary item i dont spent real money on this can anyone answer this?

    A good year or so.
    All depends on luck, scrapping commons helps I think, but otherwise...yeah. not for a long while.

    Good news is high tier epics are just as good as legendaries :) also, some skill behind a weapon makes all the difference
