Allow for varying team sizes

    I keep seeing threads about matchups with 1 or 2 under/overleveled team members, despite their infamy being roughly the same. These huge disparities make the match unfair, regardless of skill. I suggest we allow for teams to be 4v4 or 3v3 to make finding a fair matchup more doable when playing at low infamies or when there aren't many players online.

    Even if this wouldn't be a fix, it'd be really cool.
