Allow accepting fleet invitation in game

    After the latest update, everyone is chain-playing and never comes out to the lobby between games. The fleet invitations are taking way too long to be accepted.

    I recently posted about this in the suggestions board (along with other UI issues). It's now more important than ever that you have a view of fleet invitation/status from all points of the UI, not just the main screen (this includes item shop, guild raffle, and, obviously, within a match itself). The same is true of completion of guild quests.
