All types rewards equally for a team members win or lose for balance and teamwork

There are many reasons for players are going to do big damage selfish in battles for big rewards if give reward of win or lose a team players equally not both teams one team members (like lost team 1 or 0 star and win team 2 or 3 equally depends on how they did there job) then players will play for the team and players use other ships like fixer, guardian and etc .Hope in this format they will play for team win or lose and they will do more teamwork and help teammates.
