    try doing a hard shutdown with your i pad. I did that, went into the app, and it asked me to sync data, i selected my account, and it was all there. Try this out... i mean.... it worked for me.

    I did,but the sync is complete.login or lever3 account

    That is strange, do you have an account on your phone? or just the i pad... if you tell me that ill be able to help you further...
