???? About the rudder effect of burnice

    Does this help your ship turn or only if you have a rudder installed

    It is for the rudder. If you don't have a rudder on your ship, nothing happens.

    Increase turning speed of all ships works on boats even without rudder equipped. Is that your question?

    Yah. Some talent are boat agility, others are specifically for rudder.
