    Hello everyone,

As the title of my thread, here are some questions I would like to get a clear answer/explaination:

    1) As each report will be checked manually by devs, how do I know that they will ACTUALLY check it?

    2) How to know if your report is approved by Devs and the person who was reported get banned?

    3) How many reports for one specific conduct will be enough to persuade devs to make immediate judgement?

    4) If a report were not approved by devs, should they provide the reporters with proper reasons for not doing so?

In my opinion, the current report system is just one-way communication. People report to devs about misconduct but people got no answer from them.

    Best Regards,

Each day, I reported 10 floaters. How many players currently? I bet that they cannot check at all.

    1. You won't, even I asked.
    2. Again, you won't, they cannot "disclose or confirm action taken"
    3. Since they check manually, just one checked report is enough.
    4. Good question, I think they should, also I have never heard of anyone getting a follow up either.

Personally, I think something needs to be done. BB has a large playerbase, it needs more staff to handle reports.

Really? They check every report manually? I just assumed for reports like floating that there was some algorithm that would only report to the dev team if a player is reported multiple times over some specified amount of time. It happens sometimes that you end up as a floater unintentionally because of WiFi drop or incoming call, etc. I don’t expect/want somebody to be punished for a single incident (as frustrating as it might be for the rest of the team). But repeat offenders are a different story. I also wouldn’t want dev time taken up checking every single report of floating I submit.
Knowing this, I will scale back reporting. I honestly was doing it just to feed this imagined algorithm data to find the repeat floaters (sorry to anyone I reported who just had a WiFi drop then).

(The harassment type things are different - those I would expect to be checked on a single report).

I thought the same thing. Reports for floating would go throught the algorithm and reports for harassment, chat abuse, etc would be manual. And ones for cheating not at all. XD

I think the devs should add like a check box for emergency purposes. Just to make sure that the devs dont get emergency purposes for just dumb floaters they should just ignore all emergency purposes for floating reports
