What if each ship had a different infamy?

 

I partially agree, and I partially disagree. This way you can't bring your weak ships at your high infamy matches. But you can bring your overpowered weapons on your low ship and thus basicly play whack a mole. And you can also lvl your ship till mk5 or even to 7 before finally playing against 100 infamy players.

 

oh ok there was the glaring problem i was missing lol.
Just too excited to play other ships, because at this point my infamy is too high to switch
I definitely see what you mean....
Anyway you think there is any way to use every ship?

 

The only thing I can think of is a seperate inventory per ship. (This will really suck, and it might also happen that you get the good items on a ship you just don't want to use.)

Or make it impossible to equip items higher than a certain lvl to ships of a certain lvl. And also make it impossible to upgrade the ship if you haven't reached a certrain infamy yet. (This is probably the better idea)
