A different crew skillset for every ship.

    I know we've brought this up time and time again, but let's have another go:)

    I don't think it makes any sense to have to retrain crew for hours (or spend hundreds of pearls) every time you want to change ships.
    Many (probably most) of us play at least 2 ships, and with ship specific quests in every quest aspect of the game this is something I really think should be implemented.
    Reduced raffle rewards mean that every pearl counts(again), and this just seems like a really unnecessary money grab to me:(

    Would having optimised skillsets for every ship we play really hurt the game revenue?
    The only players who can fully prepare ships in minutes (which still seems like an unnecessary hassle) are those who have the pearls, and honestly I think their advantage might be big enough in this game already.
    Besides they're now spending enough on superboosts to make every damn rivalry impossible, and that can't be cheap, so maybe this could be a little tradeoff?

    @The Grim Repair what do you think?

    Yes, this should have happened ages ago!

    Heck I´ll offer a buisnessplan -- Make us pay pearls pr extra skillset we wish to unlock [100 -> 500 -> 1000 -> 2500 or w/e].

    I sure am. I have an entire inventory of 40 items waiting to be upgraded and evolved. Mostly epics and rares, but one or two uncommons as well, so I'm out of uncommon parts. :mad::(

    If you retrain a skill three times - it should be instant switching afterwards

    - Can save one more skill tree set per slot.
    - 3000 pearls price.
    - Max 3 slots.
    - Switching cool time is 1 hour.

    I think in general the idea is good - from a player perspective it would be easier to switch for sure.

    How do you exactly see this implemented?
    Kitterini had a suggestion there. Basically, if you suggest something well thought through and show how it affects what, that helps when forwarding ideas.

    Personally - when I am looking at suggestions, I am interested in:
    - Is it an improvement?
    - It is a new feature?
    - what problems does it solve?
    - what's the impact on game experience?
    - is it easy/hard to implement ?

    to give you some examples :)

    This is yellow ocean's thread,He discussed it in details.I shared it in the thread already,It will answer most of your questions(In his perspective).

    And also he described seprate infamy for each boat,Since your team has managed to tackle seal clubbers and high mk boat at low level so well!! THE thread is more relavant then it was at that time

    (P.S. i just praised matchmaking balance,kit dont get triggered lol)

    Without question.

    - It is a new feature?
    Not really, just a massive improvement.

    - what problems does it solve?
    Waiting a week for training to end, before waiting hours for retraining to end just to use a different ship is absurd.
    Going into battle underequipped/underpowered isn't good for team play, especially in a game where those with the biggest wallet already have such an astronomical gear advantage.
    Even those who paid for the best gear are repeatedly inconvenienced by the current system, which is a hassle even if you have the pearls.

    - what's the impact on game experience?
    Positive and nothing but positive.
    A streamlined transition between the ships we've already built would be applauded and appreciated at every level of the game.
    It'd be clever and user friendly, instead of the convoluted time waster we have at the moment.
    More time to spend playing, less time annoyed by a game mechanic that should have been changed a long time ago.

    - is it easy/hard to implement ?

    To be fair I think the idea would make the user interface more complicated. You now need a crew training screen per ship (which will switch when you switch the ship). Technically it will also increase the amount of data to be held/transfered per player.

    But overall I really support the idea. I already had posted some comments here, that infamy should be bound to ships not player, and this even expands on the idea.
