4x deal issue

    I just bought the 4x value pearl deal including a rare blast, std shield and a premium chest with my Google play store credit, but on purchase I just got a constant loading screen followed by a loss of connection. When I logged back in I didn't have any of the items but I'd lost £4.99 from my credit. Any help getting my items would be appreciated. Thanks!
