10th event crate error

I didn’t receive a legendary piece after buying my 10th event crate, instead I received a rare item piece. Does this happen more often? It is the first time it happened to me. Is it possible to compensated with a legendary piece at a later time?

Did you get a legendary piece earlier, before the 10th crate?

 

Yes i did, but since they say on the event information page that every 10th box gives you a guarenteed legendary piece, in my opinion I should have received one, especially since in an other event I also received a legendary piece before the 10th box but also with the 10th box.

 

If you ended last event on 3/10 to a leg piece, this event you'd get your guaranteed piece on your 7th box. Which is why you got a piece before your 10th box this event but not on your 10th box. It's a confusing system but in the end it's more conventional for us, the players.
