    After a battle I will occasionally gain or lose 1 additional infamy point; does anyone know why this is? Thanks.

    This is based on the infamy difference between two teams.

    Let's say that your team has about 2k less infamy than other team. Then if u win that game, u'll get 24 +some infamy ( around 2-3). And if u loose that game , then u'll loose 24 - some infamy (2-3).

    It is the exact reverse ,if ur team has a higher infamy than the other team.

    And the infamy will be stable at 24 if both of the teams has same infamy.
