    Maybe I honestly don't know. Maybe the rarity increases the crit % chance. I would let you know but I scrapped my legendary box.

    The only way to increase the crit chance is from the event perk the training only changes the amount it crits for

    New Turbo idea

    Tier 3 level 28 with 2 speed perks and a rare brutal turbo maxes speed on all ships. Even lower level if you use 3 standard epic speed perks....
