    Rivalry matching is surely flawed

    It looks at your previous 3 rivalries, so if you stop playing for 3 rivalries, then your 4th will only contain teams who also did 0 quests....

    Sorry? They do get logged and people who get reported heavily can be temporarily suspended, I have seen it.

    They do go into a log, and they are sifted through but it does take time. People getting repeatedly reported are the ones that usually get caught...
