  Hi. Im in need of help from a dev or mod before I loose my mind. Ever since I lost over 700 infamy, I have not recieved any stars after battles. This has been going on for over 50 battles so NOW i know that something is wrong. I feel cheated since I spend money on this game!

    Hey FloatDaBoat - what you are experiencing is an in built game mechanic, an infamy “debuff”, which kicks in after dropping a considerable amount of infamy. You can climb back up and start getting stars/rewards again once you reached your ol infamy level. We are looking at improving this system, but as of now, that’s how it works.

    Believe me, I have tried. I have to say. I have been playing this game since the very first release (I have 3 accounts), and this is the very first time that i am considering deleting it all. Ever since the global release, I feel the quality and system of Battle bay has dropped way down. But thx for your reply

  Hello, i think i got a bug from rivalry rewards. I don't get any guild tokens reward, i helped my guild since rivalry started and my guildmates all got rivalry rewards except me. Can you please check.

  Hey, Grim. I just wanted to know if you guys are aware of iOS screen freeze bug. The game freezes in every other match on iOS devices. I'm not sure if this is just a performance issue of old hardware or a server glitch but it seems iOS users are affected by it and so far I have not seen anyone from Dev team acknowledging this bug.

  Hi The Grim Repair, my game has been frozen in the battle ended screen for 3 1/2 hours now since the server crash but I have read that there are players who weren't affected. I didn't exploit the game so there would be no reason to suspend my account. Is there any update on when this will be fixed?
