Why aren't there any turret agility skill?

    As far as I know, there are items and perks and skills to increase any stats, from HP to general agility and yet, Turret Agility skill is not available??

    They do exist level 24 is turret and 26 is turning. There are a few dotted around various captain skill trees 844920A2-581F-4AAD-9BF8-FC2C470A5221.png
