Engine problem

    I am using mark 4. Shooter with .88 speed...also using rare engine with 41.8% with perks...without perks 33.4%...through calculation speed should be 1.24...why is it 1.19....as i levelling up my engine the difference getting bigger...should i report as bug??
    Or it happens to everyone???

    Your .88 speed factors in talent boosts, which are factored in with the item's boosts. The percent from talents and from item/perks are added together, then multiplied into the base. If you tap on your speed stat it'll give you a detailed description of why your speed is what it is (check attachment)
