Bugy matchmaking system

    While playing game on 3rd of Feb, I have got a player in my team with Infamy somewhere arround 400 . Also he has mk6 shooter but all his weapons we're common or uncommon.
    Now the issue is my Infamy is above 2300 but how does that player come in my team .
