Players who do not participate in quests do not receive guild tokens.

It's not a Quality of Life improvement. Please place it in the suggestions and ideas section in it's own thread. Btw, I disagree with that.

I'm actually not sure if this qualifies as "Quality of Life" but could the distance meter still be displayed when targets are in range? It's really nice how you can see the number get smaller as you approach firing range, but once your target is in range that sense of distance gets a little muddy. I think the railgun is one of the few weapons that doesn't have this problem, in fact, it does exactly what I'm suggesting: it tells you how close they are (albeit with a percentage). Could we get something similar for other weapons? Not the damage boost of the railgun, of course, just some similar method of gauging distance once a ship is in range. Maybe like, the number goes negative?

Last second edit: Another idea, what if instead of counting down to 0 (0 being firing range) it just shows the distance in general, still turning green when they're in range, in case you don't know the range of your weapon (though you should). That way, 0 would be basically on top of you. It just seems to make more sense this way...

It can be done so that if a player drops from 1 to 2 or 3 divisions, he will not receive rewards in this division, he will receive a reward if he returns to Division 1 or better!

That wouldn't work for people right on the border of 2 divisions. And naturally, people lose, even by accident. We can't punish people for losing.

More than 1 talent setup, in particular if you insist on keeping the specific weapon quests (which suck and make your game worse).

I understand the pearl logic behind talent swaps, but I'd wager that it doesnt work anymore. We can only swap talents once every 5-7 days and you force us to swap to different trash weapons almost on a daily basis.

Id be much more inclined to work on improving those trash weapons (which I assume is the intended purpose of having guild quests that ruin fun gameplay?) If i could atleast have halfway decent talents for them.

Ill even offer a buisnessplan; Make us pay pearls for each talent setup we wish to unlock. Heck you could even add an x pearl cost for respeccing talents within a setup. Or go full moneygrab mode and charge pearls for swapping between talent setups.

Alternately you could trust the quality of your product and focus on making the gameplay experience even more fun :)

It would be nice if the camera didn’t zoom right into your ship when you’re near a wall, that’s never useful.

Can we honestly just remove power cells? I've never had the problem of not having one when I need it and I don't think their removal would make anybody upset. They can't even be purchased either so I don't think it would affect Rovio's profits. It just seems like an extraneous item category.

And how do you punish those who specifically descend, to get the best reward in the division?

They are already being punished. If you drop more than 800 inf from your season record, your rewards decrease.

Make it so you can drop infamy ranking, but not leagues, so you still turn out like 90th place in your league if you purposely drop.

This is a good suggestion to keep people in their leagues, which would make matchmaking more accurate. No one every gets weaker as time goes on, and as such it makes little sense to allow movement far so below their max that they either get penalized, or reap rewards from easier matches. There should be one exception, if a player stops playing and was at, say, 2500 infamy, and comes back months later to find that 2500 infamy now means epics instead of rares, then an infamy drop is justified, and perhaps a league fall as well. Keeping people in leagues also restricts the other infamy dropper reward, which is to drop to a lower league just to get 1-3rd place rewards.

To accomplish both of the above use a Simple Moving Average of, say, 500 matches, for infamy so that it takes a while for infamy to drop or be gained, keeping matchmaking relatively consistent, and eliminating the short term gratification from current infamy dropping. Also implementing an infamy floor would be another way to circumvent infamy droppers, accomplished by a floor of, say, 800 below their max... which can slowly rise or fall over time.

    1. Change the messages when someone is invited, accepted and kicked to/into/from a guild to:
"(PlayerName) was invited to the guild by (Officer/LeaderName)."
"(PlayerName) was accepted into the guild by (Officer/LeaderName)."
"(PlayerName) was kicked from the guild by (Officer/LeaderName)."
(So people, especially the guild leader, would know what the officers are doing and the 'rogue officer' problem would be solved)

    2. Chat for spectators during custom battles, and ability to change point of view to free camera mode

    3. ‎Friends who are online and in battle shown at the top of the friend list. Currently the arrangement is random/weird so friends who are online or in battle are not shown at the top of the list. This makes it very troublesome for people (like me) who have many friends.

I always thought it'd make more sense to just push the camera above you in that situation and only zoom in if you're in a tunnel or somewhere the camera can't go up either. Aiming would become awkward like this, though.

I think the best system is on games like Luigi’s mansion, where obstacles turn invisible if they come between the camera and the player.

That would also solve issues of scenery blocking the mortar view on maps like Wayward.
