Super Fast Shooter or Hacker?

    Please review this battle. It looks like the shooter CTPAXOTPAX is up to something fishy. It looks like he's lagging as he bounces off walls, but when he straightens up, he takes off and he's moving much faster than his tier 4 rare turbo should allow. It looks like he's cheating to me and he has an legendary weapon. Wish I had one after all the time I've put in. Thanks in advance.
