Where's my Google synced game?

    I recently factory reset my phone and had some issues still so I had to uninstall Battle Bay and then reinstalled it. But when logging into my Google Play account I noticed my D4RK51D3 players name was not there. So I re entered it to find that it was registered still but not connecting to it or restoring my game to the phone. How do I get back on that one and not this new one I had to make.
