I am unable to retrain please help!

    i Have never been able to retrain anything since I have had the game and I don't know why every time I click retrain the apply button is greyed out. I have uploaded a photo below nothing I do seems to light up e apply button. I select the attribute I want to change etc. Any ideas would be appreciated I use shooter and selected better rewards over a faster ship when I first started.
