Also, there are a few things I wish to clarify here:
1. The reason I go so slow, progressionwise, is because I don't want to get "anti-tanked". I got to the upper 2700s last week, but then I stopped, playing recklessly till I was below 2400.
2. Some people go too far into the game. Buying commons to scrap them and doing wierd stuff. Patience is a virtue, mates. I'm holding on to what raffle tokens I get until the raffle sets to speed perks. Don't just blaze through the game, stop and smell the roses.
3. To those of you who say MVPs are just dev-defenders, we speak what we think. If we are defending devs, it's because we think the reason is right.
4. Don't take guild quests so seriously. You want to be (ultimately) the best captain on the bay, right? Well, then, work on that, not on some stupid quest for a weapon you don't even use.
5. And finally, to those bashing jingle bells. Shut up. It's just a fun cosmetic, not a damn weapon. The NUMBER of people coming over and saying that they "didn't like it, boo hoo". If life gave you lemons(jinglebells) make it take the lemons back(scrap them). Or don't. Keep them. I mean, reeeeeally. Grow up. You make your own choices. Is the game P2W? I'm sorry, it is, and no matter what we say, it's going to be. Just be thankful it isn't War Robots, mate. You can enjoy the game without reaching NM. Getting twoshot isn't fun? Well, okay! Wait, be patient, don't climb too much, get your gear up, and GO! It can be done it HAS been done, and I don't really care, but YOU care capable of doing it.
Just make sure the game doesn't become your life, for God's sake. I know how that goes. Ex-CS addict here. That game singlehandedly ruined my college scores.
