Crate in Inventory Bug

    The free crate was added to my inventory due to a disconnect and now I can not open as it states I do not have enough inventory space.

    I have 3 spare spaces which should be more than enough to open the crate.

    Please can someone look at my account and try to fix this issue.

    My in game name is DizzyBrah.

    Hi!

    Did you try putting your items on your other ships before opening your crate? Did you have more than 3 spaces after that?

    Yep all my other ships are full. I have 2 free spaces and the space with the crate.

    You need three free spaces sharp(absolutely unoccupied) to open the crate. I suggest scrapping something you don't immediately need, preferably a common or an uncommon. If you are Ace 1 or something, a rare you don't plan on using is also okay.

    Device and specs? And did you try "Clear cache"?

    I did clear cache, clear data, uninstalled and installed again but still same. My phone asus zenfone 2. RAM 2gb

    Elaborate on the type of lag you're experiencing? Is it related to the internet or device performance?

    I dont know. I dont have idea. This lags and delays came after update server and my internet always good. My ping 320

    And what sort of lag do you experience? Disconnection, or rubberbanding(moving back and forth rapidly) or just permanent lag?
