Issues with Login. Game Crashes.

    I own an Iphone SE with ios 10.3.3. I cannot play since yesterday. It is connecting and loading levels normally. But when you navigate in the main screen for about 3-4 seconds game crashes. Any help ?

    Yes i tried restarting my phone,reinstalling bb and clear cash but thats not work:(

    This game is horrible on apple devices. They still make the game way to data dependent for constant ping feedback. And there are tons of threads regarding ipads and iphones and this game.

    @SavvasKir - @picasso - this is not a common issue actually, but if you give us your in game player name, we can have a look for you what might cause crashes. Please contact me in a personal message or contact Rovio Player Support for this.

    @*JAWS* - game runs fine on iOS devices - I understand personal perception can cause opinions but I’m looking at data of all players.
    The fact there are many threads about the game regarding iOS is because half of our players use iOS devices, no big surprise ;)
    On a second note, the game is a real time shooter - so naturally it is ping dependent.

    Hey @picasso and @SavvasKir -
    We did not see any crash logs for you, however, here are some general trouble shooting tips for you:

    1) completely uninstall and reinstall (again)
    2) update your OS to latest version
    3) most extreme step: factory reset of your device

    That’s pretty much all we can advise from our end without crash logs.

    Hi I’m BlackTail. I have a login problem. When loading screen almost end it back to desktop every time. I had try to reboot with home+sleep button and reinstall the game many times. I don’t know what to do now.

    My device is :
    iPad Air 1
    iOS version 12.1
    game version 4.0.21221.​

    **I have a screen recording when it happen but it too large to upload here. Thanks for your help.

    I have done factory reseting and then installed only battle bay app first but it still not working. Can’t login, same problem, near loading bar finish it crash to desktop. :(
