    My account was stolen and I want to transfer my progress to this account that I have now.

    my level was 30

    I tried to do it but it tells me what wrong password. so I thought I changed the password and therefore I need to know if you can transfer a progress from another account to another.

    No progress is bound to 1 account only and you cannot transfer it.
    But there are ways to recover your Google account.
    Hit forgot password and see the options if there is one time password option you will get a code on your mobile to reset it. If you have linked alternative account you can reset it through that account too. There is security question you can answer to recover your lost account.
