    If you could combine "evolve" your perks like 4 uncommon = 1 Rare of same perk, or 8 rare = 1 epic idk just suggesting..........

    maybe 2 uncommon make 1 rare and 4 rare make 1 epic.

    I had that originally but figured B.B DEVS would think of making them lil difficult to get or evolving Tons of Gold !
