Not receiving tokens won in raffle draw

    Devs,

    I landed on the token tile three times today during my raffle draw but was not credited the tokens.

    How can I resolve this and receive my tokens.

    This is a bit counter-intuitive, but you got the tokens. When you hit the spin button, your result is decided (and credited) immediately. So, if you hit spin and watch it spin, the counter will have already gone up if you're going to get tokens. In the future, watch your token count before you hit spin. Any spin where you land on tokens, you'll see it immediately jump up when you hit the button.

    Not all the time I noticed this happening the first season but in seasons afterwards sometimes I never received the tokens. The same thing happens with pearls. Some time I get credit a couple spins later sometimes I never receive them. I lost 17500 tokens last season after hitting the 7500 and 10000.

    I’m having the same issue with the tokens. Just landed on 10,500 and not credited. Landed on several yesterday with no credit. Watched the total before and after hitting the spin button.
