Sugar going over the storage capacity

    How can I get the sugar to go over the storage capacity? It only happened once, I'm not sure if I claimed a quest and my sugar was almost full that's why I got surplus. I was captain level 34 then, I was able to train Bhurt to level 24 with the surplus sugar. Now I'm captain level 35, it won't go past the 1.2M capacity. Was it a one time glitch or it does happen? Because I'm sure I read something like you can get excess sugar from the changelog when the guild quests came out.
    If anyone has more information on this, I'd appreciate it

    It"s not a glitch..you can go over capacity.
    For example..if sugar is full..and you have a sugar quest to collect..buy a common item..upgrade it once..then collect sugar quest.
    Then it adds sugar over your capacity.

    See Every thing is according..
    u cannot update only one captain like that...not to do such thing only the game designed in that manner...all captains should be updated. so forcefully if u need to update the captain then you have to use your full sugar + pearls. thats the only option.

    According to Captain level Sugar and gold containers will increase their limits.
    just keep your Quest sugar in quest without claiming and upgrade some other items. ( Only 2 Quests should be stored dont keep 3rd quest if so u will be back seat for next quest.)

    Farm to cap.
    Buy a common item, level it once (-500 sugar).
    Complete a sugar quest and get the full reward over your cap.

    Solid method for training an expensive crewmember

    how come..?
    what ever the extra sugar or gold will be lost.
    without space you cannot add them....forcefully adding makes you loss some gold or sugar..

    This is what I think I did the first time! Thanks man, I'll try it again. I think I was leveling up an item, then claimed a quest, it went over

    @AVID they changed it last update you are allowed to go over your sugar or gold maximum once IF you are not already at the cap. That's why people say to level a common item when you are full to make a little bit of space before collecting a big quest reward to get the most benefit.
