    You can only report in game, Cannot report on forums,WITH THE IGN OF PERSON (especially something like seal clubbing which is very common).

    Maybe every time he 2 shots a boat to death rovio revives them and that's why he loses so much

    On a serious note: This guy probably won't be banned but reporting from in-game is as close as you'll get to getting him banned
