    Rovio, how do I submit a request for a refund. I spent money over the last week,l - during that time you were letting me play and support my guild while all the while planning to negate ALL of my time and effort?

    I made my purchase decision based on where I had progressed (mostly based on sugar I had earned legit, which is now gone). As that progress is no longer there, I’d like my money back.

    A super dissapointed player - you’ve handled this terribly

    File the complaint with your credit card company and tell them you did not receive the items promised in the purchase agreement. They can charge back the funds if there is a valid dispute.

    Of course. Rovio will dispute the refund and if you exploited the game you're pretty much stuck.

    Then again it sounds like you might just get the pearls back but lose progress making the pearls less important. However since you still maintain the pearl count you did receive the good purchased you just aren't in the same situation to spend them as intended

    Hopefully you didn't buy a lot.

    I'm in the same situation, but i did spent the pearls on boosts for my guild as that was before we knew of the loophole. We didn't do it since the begining, actually we were at first trying to compete with VIP status guild, you can see it on Grey's streams. So if rollback was in place it should include also the purchases made towards this goal. I sent my request to Rovio support, still waiting for a response.

    Yes, but Rovio CAN manage, regulate and control in a better way than they already did. They are not taking their part of responsability for their flaw.

    In my case we did fair progress until the first board 4, therefore the rollback should have beeing made until the first Guil hop, not all the way back negating the fair progress made.

    They punish us, sure, but what is doing Rovio to assume their part in this mess?

    Did u not read tbe post? They did mintion there part, but each player still had a choice and some chose poorly now u must exept ur punishment

    And whether immediately or over the next couple months, rovio will accept theirs. They have upset me, and many many other players who invest a lot in this game.

    The result - we stop. If they make his easy on me, I may start again. If they don’t I’ll happily find another game.
