Missing stars

why I'm not getting stars anymore even though I collect more dam than the others? Is there some kind of punishment for the fact that I dropped tremendously In infamy?

Now they have suspended my account for intentional loosing, without any warning. It's unfair. I was struggling to come back to my standard even though I wasn't having any star. And now they are doing this to me.

 

This is scary. And if this can happen without floating, you can bet I won’t be spending any money on this game in the future.

To be clear: you have to fall 800 below your max to set it off. Having this happen by accident is incredibly unlikely.

 

i fell 600-1000 by changing my ship. my infamy dropped unintentionally, I am not getting any stars...

 

Let me guess: you changed to a ship 2+ levels below the one you were using previously, and surprise! You somehow magically lost that infamy?

 

I am a fixer user, I know i suck at other ships. Fixer is a bit easier to get more infamy than other ships.
Does this mean I have to stay as fixer until the end? this only means that ROVIO is block users trying different ships.
How are you going to train your self with other ships if you have to worry about your infamy dropping.
Well.....I just don't think it's fair for an innocent users like me.

 

i am a fixer mk5 and i upgraded my defender to mk5 before I started using. it's my skills

 

It sounds like you just have way different skills then, or perhaps inappropriate equipment for your defender. I often fluctuate a couple hundred rotating through ships, but I've kept at least a reasonable setup for everything I run, and not had any issues. Are you light on blue items, or perhaps using under-leveled or otherwise inappropriate weapons for a defender?

 

Right equipment but low leveled.
I've been going back and forth from shooter and defender. My shields are not strong. All my weapons are not strong enough to stay up at 2900 or around that range.
As a fixer yes. that's all i've been upgrading. But not for shooter and defender. So it's my weapons and shields that's low.

 

I am at 2300 and not receiving stars.

I haven’t dropped 800 and am losing stars. I was down less than 300. I have dropped far more than that before as well.
