Fixes on guilds

    I was going to post this on some other threads on guild topics but they are all spammed with offtopic replies.

    So, this is a great update, but it has been exploited by players who rather take the easy way to rival victories and personal raffle rewards. So I have a few suggestions

    1) 48 hour timer when joining a guild with an on-going guild event. You will not be able to contribute nor receive rewards until 48 hours have passed. Hopefully this will reduce the amount of guild hoppers.

    2) Players receiving the infamy tanker penalty for intentionally dropping infamy cannot cooperate in the guild event until they get back to normal infamy. But they will still recieve guild event token rewards. Hopefully this will reduce the amount of players dropping infamy to easen up tasks.

    3) 100 x [the current board number] pearl weapon kills quest reset available for leader and officers of the guild. Example: 400 pearls to reset a quest on board 4. Some guilds don't have members that use every item and sometimes there is a nearly impossible quest like "Get 864 kills with flare gun". Hopefully this will reduce the players making lower level 2nd accounts to finish tasks.

    There may be more ways to fix these issues the community has created. Still very appreciative of this update :)
