Boosters have gone

    Hi. I have 8 pieces 2x and 3 pieces 5x boosters for guild works. When i have taken 5x booster and made one guild work then the guild monitor disappeared. Later it came but my boosters had gone.

    Just now, me and my teammates form Dutch Bay noticed we lost around 14.000 pearls of boosts we bought yesterday. All the 5x boosts vanished, some lost all boosts. We want them back! We didn't spend money to vanish in thin air.
    Also some shooter wins i made this morning weren't counted for in the quest I selected. Yesterday I had the same with an enforcer match.
    FIX IT Battle Bay!

    Yeah! All the guilds mentioned that their boosts disappeared!!

    Going to add onto my own experience as my whole guild also lost multiple bought boosts. Not very cool considering that's real $ lost.

    Important Update for everyone on this matter:
    Our development team has investigated the problem: Basically, during the Guild server downtime today, boosts were consumed multiple times for active players battling.

    There will be a boost compensation for all those affected players by end of this week.

    Apologies for the inconveniences here - but I hope the good news cheers you up :)

    My guild spent over 6k pearls on boosters. Will the compensation be affected by the amount of boosters?

    This morning had few boost + (brought 2× + 2×Guild boost)
    Selected quest = 1
    Fleeted only twice = 4 progress
    Now my current progress = 15(don't know how did it happened + boost gone)
    How does boost and it's y× faster works?

    Thanks for the update... hoping comp comes at a reasonable time! I'm on the hook for one of the more challenging quests. 864 fixer fleet wins. Yikes...
