Strange fps lag after the update (using Sony Z5 premium )

    every battle I have im experiencing fps lag. Just driving my boat around at the start gives me lag. When there are more graphics on screen, I lag more. knowing that my ping is at normal range 30-90.
    im using the Sony Z5 premium which suppose to have a 4K resolution
    I tried playing on half resolution, and still has the same problem.
    Any solutions? Any explanation?

    I am having the same problem on my oneplus 2. Fps drops during intense moments of battle to the point where it becomes almost unplayable.
