    Why is it that My friend who also plays Battle Bay has gotten a legendary weapon from scraping common items and I haven't seen a part from scrapings epics ?

    But I have seen it happen.. so it is possibles.
    I'm just so annoyed that the only legendary I get is powercells or scraps

    Well, legendary pieces can be acquired. Not a whole weapon lol. Your friend is definately trolling you.

    From scraping I guess? I have a scrapt several epics and rares and only gotten scraps and cells..

    Scrap commons man not epics and rare you won't find them again for another 3-4 months.

    Probably, but I can't buy legendary so it's just a bonus if i get one, and the question wasn't what was best but how the hell it comes that I never seen a part

    Lol don't need to upgrade it past lvl 10 to be as good as a tier 4 epic.....worth it for sure
