what's the purpose of enforcer?

    I'm interested in using the enforcer ship as 1 of my main ships, right now I only use defender, sometimes I use shooter (very rarely), and I want to try something new, the enforcer seems the most appealing at the moment, but I can't seem to find threads that talks about the enforcer exclusively, so it would be helpful from anyone to explain main role of enforcer, items, strategy, etc.. and thanks!

    Hey, i've been playing enforcer for a long time and it's basically a jack of all trades, master of none. You have medium firepower, good mobility, good survivability. You can go head to head pretty efficiently versus most ships and you should use items that can help that playstyle. eg any cannons, flare gun, tesla bolt/shield etc.

    Ive seen torp enforcers with freeze yellow items. With the torp skills that enhance damage to frozen targets.

    For starter, a good loadout for enforcer mk 2 would be: cannon - blast cannon - overboost - turbo.... it would be great if it would be atleast Tier 2 uncommon... this set-up helped me climbed atleast 1,000 infamy.. I Hope it helps... and they are right, enforcers are like middleman/ all round because it is well -balanced
