Can someone explain this?

This is not the first time this has happened to me at all. Can someone plz explain this? Because it has absolutely no sense:



I destroyed more boats and got more points that the player that finished first, so why is that he got 3 stars and I got 2?

During the load screens you can clearly see a phrase that basically says “killing boats is what gives you the most points”. But anyway it has no sense nor because of the points or the boats destroyed.

 

I'm tired of explaining this to everyone one now. But still it doesn't depend on only damage and kills only. Stars depends on your contribution which includes fire,feeeze,heal contribute more earn more. Here's an example In this match I frosted every target so my teammates could land their shots easily and get a kill.

 

Exactly as aforementioned. Frosts/Stuns/Burns everything counts.

 

attacking same target than team help too.
spamming mortar is not the best solution...

 

It does get old seeing all these "Explain why I didn't get 3 star" posts over and over. But doesn't that mean there is a blatant problem with the rewards screen if no one can figure them out? I would suggest adding frost/stun/burn time next to the damage

 

Some players just think it's all about the damage and for example at nightmare league weapons like blast and explosive cannons can hit 2400 damage on burning target, while they prolly have like 1200-1300 base damage so in this example fire adds a lot. And you only get a more stars if your team uses the fire/frost advantage.

Its been a week i have notice this every game i play so someone should explain why i shot my enemies 4 to 5 times and did not get any damage at all and after the game the result was disappointing when i am using tier IV sniper at level 40 and teir IV cannon also level 40 poor connection is Ruled out since my enemies can damage me every time they hit me.

And by the way....my weapons sometimes don't fire but rather reloads/coolsdown instead, why BB?

You can check you ping on the bottom over your menu...

 

how much ping do you have??? (in parameter)
high ping mean phantom hit, false hit, lag with boat moving all around the map, etc...

 

Between 190-220 ping and my enemies can damage me without a glitch.

 

Ping is between 190-220 and my enemies can damage me on the dot so are we still to blame poor connection then?

 

Yup. Lag starts at around 200. (I think)
And even if you lag, they can still hit you...

 

How can you having poor connection stop enemies from hitting you? Your poor connection can only cause you problem not others.

200 is correct, more than this and you get problem.
so it's probably your smartphone

 

Killing ships does not give extra points.

Contribution being based not only damage. He was useful use Flare Gun and Frost Blaster.

now this is totally screwed guys...i just played a while ago at 184 ping and still experience phantom shots and get these results...

 

Now here is were it gets interesting....i played again this time the ping reads 249 and this time all boats movements are teleported all over the map....no indicatior seen such as green/red triangle althoughout the game but i got these results instead:::::::::::
