    my suspension period is ended, but I am stuck in a punishment regime... I can't get stars and then I can't improve my weapons... I play against players who have strong weapons an I have not them because my brother dismantled all his weapons before to give his iPad to me...I'd like to play this game but in these conditions is impossible...so I'm not asking you to cancel the punishment...not at all... I'm asking you to erase my account completely so then I can start from the scratch with my own destiny... thank you

    It's impossible to create a new account on the same iPad.... that's the problem

    Or you can log out, restart BB, then chose "Create new account" when it asks you to login with you google play.

    At the end of the day, there's no way to start from the scratch in this game if you play on iPad.....
    I think only the staff can help me....
    Otherwise I'll be doomed to die slowly without any hope... it'd be unfair

    I have a media pad huawey... I tried to play there but it's awful and unplayable.... I don't rely on android yet... too bugs...and anyway, restrictions are not because of the device

    Delete Battle Bay, Power off your device, reinstall Battle Bay and do not sync with fb/Google play.

    May be an android only app. There are apps you can use to log in battle bay and other apps like clash of clans and start new as if you have never played before

    I love Android because it doesn't self destruct after the 1 year warranty stops being valid.

    I tried on android with my media pad huawei... but it is not so playable like on the iPad... I think there are a lot of bugs yet
