How is this possible?

    9AC1AE00-F80D-436F-844E-13365095F1BF.png 060CAFF0-9617-4616-9247-EC8A8E5D64BA.png Heya! currently I am at captain lv 36 and the maximum Bhurt lv atm is 25 due to a sugar capacity of 1.25mil (lv 26 costs 1.5mil).
    Lv 25 means that I can upgrade my cannons to tier 4, I would need to unlock lv 28 in order to turn a cannon to t5. How is it possible that someone at the same captain level (36), who should also have a max sugar capacity of 1.25mil, can carry t5 sniper cannons in his loadout? what is it that I am not seeing? (Haven‘t upgraded my sniper quite a while as I am working on a flare - blast combo on my speeder, but I thought Bhurt was the crew member that is needed to upgrade sniper, or am I wrong?)

    U can pay the rest shugar with pearls. 1500000-1250000=250000 sugar. 250000/400=625 pearls. Press "train" button and u'll see it.
