disconnected

After the update is hard to play...keeps disconnecting all the time.

It happen to me too. Game disconnect when I am in battle (very often after latest update) after I see the ads and even when I am chating. I try to completely restart my device but nothing better.
Should I reinstall the game but I afraid if data lose.

My device is iPad air 10.3.1. Thank you.

 

yes I'm being disconnected every game.

 

I'm just being disconnected once i start the game .. any help here

 

I crash all the time and get disconnected all the time. Its so frustrating because I lose infamy and stats get destroyed when I have an awesome kill rate when I can stay in the game. I hope this gets fixed or I'm gonna have to scrap the game.

 

I think a server issue .. i wish i would play the game as soon

When the chat, guild and friend were not working then I can play without any problems (60-80 games without disconnected and smooth play). But today friend are fine, the disconnecting happen very often again. It also disconnected every time when I chat with my friend (I had not finished my typing then BOOM! go to the home screen).

I have the same problem .. I went from 550 rank to 100 come on fix that issue plz i can't deal any damage to other ships always lag then reconnecting to find myself destroyed

 

The game servers are just not that great if you are not in the US which is where I believe they are located.

 

Well if anyone is using android then best idea to use a vpn app called opera vpn and then all should be good worked for me as egypt for some reason has a horrible server even though my internet was amazing and more than enough for me to play that game and then after i used that vpn i am playing with absolutely zero lag if ios then use the best vpn app you have got and hopefully it will work

 

I have that issue since the very beginning ... the support told me It Was because of my mini iPad 3 with 1Gb ram.
I have the latest IPad now with 2Gb RAM. Guess what ? Same problem

If you are using android download an app called opera vpn and use it and hopefully it will work you will find it in the play store

 

I Had the same disconnect Issue, then i used vpn and the game worked just fine. Later, i didnt need the vpn to play, but it wasnt long before i couldnt connect whether it is with vpn or not.
My user name is FUNNIN and i use a Samsung 10.1 , my internet connection is about 10 mbps, and my ping rate is 85.
Please Solve This Issue.
